After spending 13 years as a realtor, I moved into the lending profession, where I’ve been for the past 13 years. Over this time, I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge of all aspects of the home-buying process. Having this background has helped me relate to each buyer and realtor on a unique level, one that is filled with understanding and compassion along with wanting to put together the very best loan package to fit everyone’s individual needs. I’m very comfortable with taking on the role of the “educator” for the first-time buyer or the buyer that hasn’t bought a home recently. At the same time, I also appreciate laying out options and helping evaluate what each option can do for even the most-seasoned buyer.
